Plum Creek Literacy Festival

Concordia University, Seward, hosts the award-winning Plum Creek Literacy Festival, founded in 1996, every fall. The festival, a ministry of Concordia and the Missouri Synod Lutheran Church, seeks to encourage a love of reading, writing and books by bringing nationally-renowned authors and illustrators to Nebraska to host interactive workshops and keynotes for school children and adults. For registration details and more information about presenters, visit https://www.cune.edu/plum-creek-literacy-festival.

The 2023 fall Plum Creek Literacy Festival will be October 6-8, on Concordia's campus and in area schools.
